Jen was introduced to pilates in 2011 during a physical therapy session after an accident where she was ejected from a vehicle. She fell in love with the pilates method because it made her feel even stronger than she was before the accident.
Jen decided to change her career path from Marine Biology to teach the pilates method. Jen completed her training in Santa Monica with Jill Cassady using Gratz equipment in 2014 and continues her education in classical pilates. Her passion is to share the power of pilates with others by creating effective sessions for every body and any personal goals.
In her spare time, Jen enjoys hiking, camping, and outdoor adventures with her dog.
